Steyr Scout Rail Specs and the Aimpoint H-1

As far as I have been able to glean, the Steyr Scout has what is described as a Weaver rail "built to STANAG specifications". Can I mount an H-1 directly to this rail, or if not, is there a low profile adaptor available for this purpose?

I am also considering an 2 MOA M3.

The T1/H1/R1 Aimpoints will fit on picatinny or Weaver rails.
