Look like right before the hit they were fighting in the street.
I hope they all had lengthy criminal records, and truly not "innocent victims".

Let's hope. But honestly didn't look like legit conflict, it looks like the kind of screwing around that I did with my friends all the time at that age. More importantly, when flying down the street like that, you have no way of knowing who you are taking out.

Hate to say it because it will be national news as "proof of nazis", but right now I suspect a racial motivation and any "dark people" will do victim selection.
