Can someone give me the differences between the CTR and the MOE stock besides prices. I have never handled them and I would really like to know since the price is about 40 dollars different.

Also has anyone seen the the official release date to magpuls flip up sights? I know they were talking January, but anything set in stone yet?

CTR has the secondary locking lever and a QD sling swivel. MOE does not.

I just got an MOE and love it. Having said that I used it to replace a M4 type stock that rattled a lot.

I like my CTR. The stock has just a very slight bit of wiggle without locking the lever. Locking the lever makes it rock solid.

I heard maybe at the SHOT show they'd have a sample, but I don't really care. I can get their BUIS next year, they won't be banning BUIS, I want them to put everything into making Pmags.

Point understood. I just wish I didn't have to spring for freaking TROY irons now cause I know those will cost less from what I heard.

go with the LMT fixed front and rear, front is $49, rear is 119, or go with a Larue rear, for $89

is larue flip? I need both front and back. but since i dont have a gas block to put irons on i have to install rail first. lol. im way behind.

no, its fixed, I run my troys up all the time anyway, I go for a lower 1/3 co-witness, so there's no point in putting them down. I have a couple of the Larue BUIS, and I like them.
