need help identifying a rear sight

came across a great deal on a unicorn rear buis, a KAC 2-600 unfortunately it's marked USMC. is this possibly one of the batch stolen from the marine corps? if Jack leuba is possibly on the forum or if someone could post his work email I would appreciate it thank you for your time

I wouldn't worry about, they do not have a serial number and they are available to the general public.

Do you feel bad on an ethical level? Just rewatch the fall of Afghanistan, the US gov has no pro with abandoned/missing helicopters and machine guns so I wouldn't sweat too much over a rear sight.
