This crap is going on everywhere. In my area many local news stories on violent crime have a laundry list of priors by the perp. Shit that SHOULD have had the A-hole locked up, but no he was out running the streets to run up the score.

Ain't like I live in a liberal enclave.

The no exemptions & no immunities thing? Said numerous times that should apply to judges, prosecutors, and others as well along with any violation of law netting them prison time and fines.

Considering it is California(long a leader in deprivation of 2nd Amendment rights) and the perp had committed violent crimes against serfs in the past, what I am advocating might have saved the guy's life.
