Good show here. The SOF/SEAL aspects are good but nothing new to most, but the CIA aspects was some new info for me and the differences were interesting, and his discussions on the value of psychedelics for anxiety / depression / PTSD well worth a listen for those not awares that's become common for that use. BTW, I have an ongoing thread on the use of mushrooms/psychedelic and similar for depression, PTSD, etc
