I always end up using BCM RE kit on builds. I don't know why. Because they're only $10 more than Anderson tubes and come with a BCM sticker? :cool:

There is certainly more than one way to make a RE. With the BCM and Colt versions I know I'm getting decent ones. If you ever get a chance to inspect a goods tube and a cheap one, take a look at the threads....

I do too. I can order them with an H2 and have installed a bunch of them. Never a bad part.

“What’s your go-to rifle/upper?”
When I haven’t zero’d anything else recently, and no others are truly “proven,” I once again pick up the Kino from under the bed, click the upper into place, and snick the QD onto the stock.
This upper paired with an A5H2 buffer, has always been perfect.

Railscales, the blacks one on the left are their XOS Mini-Dot G10, the gray ones on the right are their Honeycomb HTP, it is hard to see in this pic the but there is a Matrix G10 in front of the Karve.

I like to be pure, but I also like things that I like. The Ergo grip is my favorite and is on almost every rifle I have. I was also using the BCM SOPMOD stock but found I like the Magpul SL-S a little better.

I wanted to keep my BCM rifle pure, but ended up putting the Magpul SL stock on it. It just feels better for me, and it is the stock I use on other rifles.

They aren't that much more...with the coming deal coming with the complete upper currently and get a blem complete lower, you aren't that far off.

He's just bustin' chops for clicking the easy button. Truth is, I wanted a HD rifle configured the way I wanted without having to do anything. BCM was a good choice for me. Otherwise, Colt is a quality choice at a very attractive price. Since this is a pic thread... I'd like to thank PB and SteyrAUG for the kind words and move along.
