Late to the discussion but I highly recommend Neptune Cigars (https://www.neptunecigar.com/) I've been ordering from them for years. (they are also local to me).

Sign up for their emails, as they regularly have discount/coupons available. They currently are running a 14% off (Valentines Day sale).

30 minute drive and I am standing in their superstore in Hamburg, PA. The smell of tobacco is amazing when you walk in.
