This is the direction most companies are heading with the next generation of management. They’ve been raised on participation trophies, fringe lifestyles pushed as mainstream and that how you feel is the most important thing whether based in reality or not. I've listened to a Theo Von podcast previously (not by choice) and the guy is hardly a conservative. I wouldn't want him holding any office in the GOP. I don't find him to be very articulate either, sounds like a drug addict to be honest. Just my personal opinion.
