I have one - very cool, especially for caliber changes. Primarily used when I switch to 7.62x39 since it already is internally milled and will work with my AR47 lower that takes steel AK mags.

More toy than anything else, since I really use a couple of LWRC piston uppers for most play time.

Any concerns with the barrel remaining tight over extended firing sessions?

Never had a problem - mine is a Gen II though. Most I have had to do is a little bit of polishing on the front of the extension(i.e. too tight) - that would be on the TROS 9mm barrel with the 3-lug adapter.

A guy I work with just bought one to use on his registered receiver M16. I'll ask him how he likes it so far, when I go back to work next year.
