The investigation has been really screwed up by loacal LEO's.
I believe the FBI is now involved.

This guy was a ghoul and he walked amoung us.
First news report I saw on this had me thinking the parents were stupid or complicit because there was no mention of overnight with other girls, just that the 2 girls went to stay overnight with McFadden and had done so several times. That first article was so shitty I have to wonder if it was put out to deflect attention from the corrupt legal system that made this possible.

There is no legitimate reason for a person who rapes a child to EVER live anywhere outside of a prison's walls. I'm actually in favor of it being a Capital Offense worthy of a death sentence but I realize I'm probably in the minority.

Child molesters do not seem to be fixable.
But, another problem is that it is unlikely that anyone who enabled this will be punished.
The legal system corruption that made this possible has also been known to intentionally wrongfully convict people and they don't tend to suffer any consequences for that either.

It would seem someone in authority condoned it. It would also seem something like the mass murder could be assumed to be the likely follow up to his prison behavior, well beyond any possibility of straightening up and flying right after release.

Putting on my tin foil sombrero for this one, but..
The guy gets a reduced sentence for pedo stuff, is waiting to go to court for some other pedo stuff and has sleep overs for teenage girls?
In the meantime local Law Enforcement is going to really screw up any evidence.
This guy could have stacked bodies anywhere and no one seems interested.

I posted this elsewhere, but I find the complete lack of investigative curiosity on the part of the sheriff’s office appalling. That entire department needs an enema, starting with the sheriff! :angry:

There were many cell phones and computers there and they've not been looked at.
Any good Attorney now could dispute any "evidence' that might come up at this point.
This guy was very electronic media active, those phones and computers could likely have a lot of evidence on them.
