Be sure to remind people that it wasn’t a tax on tea or a lack of representation, and it was all flowery language back and forth until they came after our guns. I wish the declaration of independence was clearer on this with the worlds first FAFO, but that is the reality of the situation.

Read the Declaration like I have every year for the last 10 or so...read it. Look around. It's more relevant than ever.

Enjoyed my freedom today, remembering it was not free, but paid for by many.

I lifted, shot, swam, hiked, played with the cats, had a fabulous dinner, and we're now kicking back watching the pyro around us.

Life is good!
