Dang, that is one wicked fast slide for as small as it seems to be. I remember slides being way slower, much less fun, and having a surface temp of about 1200 degrees.

I've finally found a reason to visit Boston.

Back in the day slides were made of metal and the sandwich Mom packed was in wax paper.
It didn't take long before we were sitting on the wax paper and sliding down the slide, thus making the slide slicker than a snot covered door knob.
Yeah, that Cop had fun, but think of how much more fun he would have had if someone had waxed that metal slide.
