No way blue box is, but I'd bet the Red isn't either.

New manufacture firsts and seconds, primers- yes.

Remanufacture firsts and seconds, neither primer or case mouth.

Contracted ammo- sealed according to spec established. Mostly yes.

Some odds and ends will differ.

As noted, best info is from the factory, but this is my experience.
