Is this sling OD or FDE?

My wife thinks it's FDE because it matches his Coyote jacket

I think it's OD because the FDE version looks way too copper

Hard to say. They are defiantly different colors, possibly closer to OD. Depending on your computer/tablet screens color settings can appear different. One companies OD is and other companies FDE. Additionally, I have bought from the same company where OD, FDE, and Coyote Brown vary from batch to batch or from lot to lot. It's always best to bring in your sample if you are trying to get a close match.

My favorite colors are OD and MAS. Nothing you posted looks like anything like the pieces I have.

After watching the video again. I think it's most likely FDE. Depending on who sells it they might call it Coyote Tan ( Not Coyote Brown ). Clearly not Olive Drab. Not even close. I think it's just FDE.

Really hard to tell with the lighting, almost no good light on the sling the entire video. The sling gets some light on it around 17:00. I think it's coyote or FDE. Also had a look at a few different sling brands and colors vary wildly, seems like there no standard color for OD, FDE, or Coyote among sling manufacturers, so it's anyone's guess really.

Well we will find out soon. I ordered both slings and I'll put up a video here.

I called Echo93 and I'm pretty sure the owner answered and I called his cell phone. Needless to say this was the nicest and most professional guy that only wanted to help me instead of sell me stuff. He ended up sending me pictures in different lighting (I didn't ask for) and went above and beyond. Honestly the only other company I've had this dealings with was Forward Control Designs.

I don't need 2 slings but I was so blown away by the help I got that I wanted to support him. I guess whatever sling I don't use I'll have to make another AR for it. :meeting:
