Is this a Diemaco forging mark? I thought their “D” was more stylized. This is just a plain capital “D”.
Any help is appreciated.

So, I know the “which AR would you buy”, and “what’s the best color?” threads are more exciting….but I know at least one of you has some intel on this upper.

Thanks, but I’ve been through that already. Links don’t show or describe the marking I have. Unless I’m missing something.
It’s one I haven’t seen a lot of…https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20231114/6b0b7542b80ed4762f94eef5bd404995.jpg

I wonder how many of those are still in business?
Most of what I see is Anchor Harvey, Cero Forge, and a few Brass Aluminum now and then.

I mean was this part of a get rich quick scheme you had or something? It's just a forged upper...

This is AR General Discussion, correct?
Just curious, really. Reluctant to build something up on an upper of questionable origin.

Uppers receivers usually aren't that expensive for a known quantity, if you're committed financially to putting together a quality upper, why take the chance? And sorry, no help on the forge marking

Seems like it has quite a bit of wear. Curious why you would want to chance it versus going with a new $40 upper.

Yeah no plans on building it up…It is brand new, just dusty from being in my shop.
Still curious about where it came from though….seems to be an odd one.
