Is there a ranking system?

Clown Sgt.? Clown Road Cpt.? Clown-At-Arms? Clown Night Riders? Clown Street Medic? Clown General? Clown Royals?

Could be helpful.

I actually find those guys amusing in a juvenile Beavis & Butthead sort of way.

They don't take themselves seriously, either. They see themselves as entertainment hosts.

Haha, this reminds me of a retired FBI agent and VN era Marine who taught an LE course I attended years ago. He was talking about one of his superiors and he said “there are two kinds of idiots: an idiot, and a f-ing idiot. This guy was a f-ing idiot”.
