I think I saw this yesterday. I swear after they shoot the guy , after they are trying to figur eout if he is hit, you can hear a cop say "The Rag head is down." I think it was FOX or CNN.

Atleast the lady in the video correctly called the AK a "semi automatic" unlike the officer who called it an "assault rifle"

The rifle looked like a Chinese under folder in 5.56 nato. No news cast mentioned or asked why the shooter was dressed in traditional Muslim attire.

Not much is being said (which could be a good thing!) I didn't catch anything being said identifying the suspect as Muslim. His picture shown in the second news cast looked like just a typical thug. My theory was that he may have been on his way to the Albany area for a hit, or some sort of drug related pay back. Who knows?
