Picatinny pivot scope mount

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a pivoting scope mount that fits the picatinny rail that is similar to the old Weaver pivoting mount? I do not have a scope in mind as too tube diameter, although 1" is preferred.

What information can you pass along?
