I agree this proposed bill is some BS, but do you even know what the word "liberalism" really means? You do realize this country would not exist were it not for liberalism. No I'm not talking about Obama and the crew.

I just meant it in the context of what liberals practice-liberalism. Maybe I should have said that I hate socialism or lefties..etc. I don't like people who try to take away my freedom.

Great point decodeddiesel, true liberalism exists on the far right of the political spectrum. I didn't think I'd ever applaud Hillary Clinton for anything, but in one of the early debates she made that distinction and called herself "progressive."

I agree 100%. It just burns me when people use the word "liberalism" in that context. I'm pretty damn sure Mr. Obama would disgust a true liberal (say Thomas Jefferson). Thank old FDR for ruining that political term.
