My thumbs are getting tired and I'd like to find a good loader that will fill Pmags and GI mags. Any such animal ?

Another vote for the LULA. Definitely the best mag loader (and unloader) I've ever used.

Reasonably priced, too.

StripLULA.
Fast, easy, compact and can be used with or without stripper clips. I used one at a training and was finished loading my PMAG and USGI so much faster than everyone else, so I had more time to rehydrate, snack, and take a breather. Reload time for 30rds was only about 15 seconds from stripper clips.

Ammo is too expensive to need a loader. I never found a loader to be necessary when ammo was cheap.

I use the Beta stripper-clip loader for classes. The Beta personal loader works well also, especially for topping up partially-expended mags. I use the LULA for unloading mags.

Try loading 22LRs in a BDM mag some time.

Got a MagLula a while back when Brownell's had them on sale. I've loaded enough mags in my day, thank you. Nice and compact, easy on my thumbs and the magazine lips. Love it. :D

Will probably get a StripLula sometime as well.

If those are worse to load than the Glock ban-era 10rnd mags the designer needs to be punished.

LULA for AR's and Uplula for pistols, the only way to go.

If I am not using stripper clips I use a LULA loader. They cost about 25 bucks and are worth every penny.

I especially love the one for my 9MM mags. If you think AR mags are bad try topping off your 5th or 6th 32 round UZI.

Beta Mag uses the ProMag Magazine Loader. It works great.. just drop in 5 rounds and press down.

If you need to unload.. shoot the rifle. :D

The beta is especially nice when you need to load a buttload of rounds into a boatload of mags.

The LULA isn't as fast but nice to have when you need to download a mag quickly say at a class and is a bit more compact for carry on your own gear. It's the fastest way to empty a mag. I have both and I've gotten my money's worth.

Now the LULA Bench loader is freakin' awesome if you've got a few hundred bucks lying around. 30 rounds at a shot. I saw a SWAT guy using one at a Rogers class, he confessed he didn't pay for it himself.

Also, Cammenga Easyloader

Or, the StripLula

I prefer the Striplula, since it fits into my vest pocket.

Anyone used their EasyMag?
If it works as the vids show, it looks like the ticket.
Spendy though.

And really heavy, though they work as advertised.

That Camenga "easy loader" is a joke. It takes you almost as long to put the rounds in the loader as it does to put them into the magazines, and by the time you wrestle the plunger down, you could have had a magazine loaded by hand.

Easy Mag is fine.. I prefer my ProMag loader with the PMAGs.. But if I were out and didn't have a quick loader, then probably my next choice would be the Easy Mag. Just have to hold the thing vertical as you place in the bullets. Also have to be careful not to get bullet caught in the center channel as you load.

BDM makes a speedloader for their .22LR magazines as well :D
