Which parts kit?

Do the 9mm and .223 utilize the same lower parts kit. What brand kit do you guys remommend?

Yes with the exception of the hammer.
If you have a ramped bolt you should use the DPMS hammer as it has no notch in the face. (Not recommending the DPMS LPK however.)
If you're bolt is not ramped you will need to use a 9mm hammer. (Sold separately)
I personally use Stag/CMT lower parts kits in mine.
