Colt pin size

New guy here. Just got my first AR. Its a Colt 6520. Not 100% what I wanted but could not pass on the deal. I want to get a new upper ether a Tactical Upper Half with a flat top or a Varmint Upper Half. I see colt has two pin sizes. What do I need.
