Im looking to get a pair of series 70 reissue guns, preferably consecutive serial numbers. Whos the dealer with the fairest prices and best chances of getting me consecutives?

I would ask this question in the "Colt" section of that website. I'd be surprised if you went too long without a well informed response. I know some over there have posted collections of their 70 Series Repo's.

Bud's has had them in the past but are currently out of stock:

Athame, IIRC, at Louderthanwords.us sometimes has consecutives, they can be very hard to get ahold of. Also, Stokes on AR15.com.
