How is the quality of their barrels? How about compared to DPMS, Bushmaster, etc?

Anything Jon from Anvil Arms builds will be better than a mass produced DPMS or Bushmaster. He is a stickler for perfection and will not put out anything you can't bet your life on. Just know that Anvil is(was) back logged and communication is best done with Emily. If I am not mistaken they even stopped doing the gunshows until they get caught up some. I'm using their lowers in my last two builds and plan on getting one of their complete carbines sometime over the summer.

I have a lower from Anvil as well. Excellent machine work and finish. It looks the same as the above one except for the engraving. I would have no issues getting another one, especially considering the price.
