I hope someone can be of assistance. I just bought a Tac Star side saddle for my M4. I disassembled the trigger group per the enclosed instructions and was able to get the gun together as pictured/described. My problem was when I cycled the action the bolt would hold up midway through cycle. I was able to release some tension on the enclosed screw which replaced the factory Pin.

My concern is that this screw will work loose continually even if loc tited. I therefore would like to reassemble the gun to factory specs with the pin. Sounds easy enough but when I took it apart I was very excited and did not take not of how the various washers/lock washers were installed with the pin. I know I'm an idiot, but could really use some sort of help. I have been unable to come up with a diagram and have also received no help from the Benelli Forum.

Any help would relieve some great stress!!

FWIW Benellis work best with velcro'd on side saddles like 3gungear.com brand or Mark Otto brand. If you don't want those two brands and want a solid one I'd suggest one from Mesa Tactical.

Having just completed the factory Benelli M4 instructor course, I would recommend the Mesa Tactical 8 shot side saddle for your M4 shotgun…

Just my .02

This is from Benelli's Italian site and the schematics are in PDF format but it might just work for you.
