OD green lower

Does anybody know if you can buy the Wilson tactical OD green lower, stripped. I seen the black one but i have yet to see it in OD.

Well you can find the lower you want but not necessarily in the color you want- that's what DC is for. ;)

I never cared much for Wilson's AR green but there are more subdued greens by DC that IMHO would look nice on an AR.

i would rather duracoat a lower receiver as well. I am not familiar if they sell them seperately in that color. I imagine that you can buy a lower from them and have them caot it that color or even send in your lower to have them coat it for you.

I would rather just use DC on a lower than have to send it out.

What kind of prep is involved with the DC.
It sounds like a better way to go, plus i'll get the exact color i want.:D

On a new lower you'd just want to make sure it was degreased VERY well. There's no real need for sandblasting and do NOT beadblast. I have found that when I've needed to sandblast off an old finish, the Duracoat sticks much better than it did to anodizing.
