I have a cut down FSB and wish to install a new one as I am not going to install a FF tube. The barrel is drilled of course. Is it possible to get a new undrilled FSB and drill it to match the pin holes on my barrel? If its possible could I do so on a drill press?

ADCO can do that for you.

They replaced my no bayonet lugged FSB with one that has a bayonet
lug, and did an outstanding job. So perfect that the windage is
dead on with the rear sight centered and it looks just like the original.

They only had it 2 days and it was back in UPS to me.
Round trip took less than 10 days.

Yep, ADCO. This isn't really something you want to try at home unless you're a pretty skilled machinist or have the tools for very precise measurements.

I had a similar issue and I ended up going with a Clamp on gas block/Flip up Front sight.
I felt more comfortable with this than redrilling anything.
