I believe that is who makes the Defensive Edge/SLR-15 lower receiver.

Yes they make the CY6. Anyone have experience with Defensive edge rifles?
I have a Grail rifle and a stripped lower that I used for my current build. There was a write up about them recently in SWAT magazine I think. The lower went together easily. Fit and finish were what you would expect from a quality lower. I have used the lower on another upper this weekend and there were no surprises. I would rather have that lower than many others. I'm thinking about using it as a SBR platform.

I bought one of these from Randy in person and have been very happy with the product. All the lower parts fit and functioned well and the finnish was very nice.
seb5 is correct that SWAT wrote about these lowers a few months ago.
I have one; they are Sully’s lowers from Defensive Edge and are very nice. They have a few extra features and cost around 199 direct from him. He has posted on several forums with info about the features and I believe that he machines them himself from the raw forgings.
Here is the link to order, they come with his trigger guard installed.

Territorial Gunsmiths make the lowers for Defensive Edge, not the other way around.
I really like his lowers, as stated before but prefer the Magpul trigger guard over the Sully/Rock River. One other thing I've noticed in putting together a few of them is that over sized or match trigger pins seem to fit a lot better.

Randy is a nice guy and makes a great looking lower.

I got two lowers from Randy late last year. One 2nd amendment edition and a regular. I just finally finished one tonight after I got my BCM upper from Grant today. Can't wait to go shooting tomorrow.

Got a SLR15 lower myself, top notch work on these. I just got it back from getting it engraved for an SBR. It's getting mated to an LMT 10.5 upper. I've got another one of these lowers on order for my next build.

Those 2nd Amendment lowers were really nice looking!! A friend of mine got one and I wish I had done the same.
Congrats and let us know how it shoots!

Are these still made?
No, but I believe grant still has some.

Be warned... I'm almost 100% certain pmags won't drop free from a tgs lower... at least not a "standard" pmag. ;)
