Shouldnt be a problem with the two rails Ive seen, Omega and the M4 rails. If that rail is going over some brands of piston kits, sometimes clearance becomes an issue with those. Just going over a bobbed and shaved FSB, you shouldnt have any issues.

Are you doing it yourself???

planning on trying it myself. There is a howto on ar15.com where the guy uses a dremel. It doesn't look very difficult at all. I just want to be sure that it can be made to fit under this particular rail before I start.

The guy to talk to is "gotm4", hes the pro. If you search, you might find the pics he posted of a bobbed FSB he did for a customer. A beautiful job he did to, if I might add.
I did mine a couple years ago and made it fit under a TROY Rail. I still havent bought the midlength rail yet, but when I do by god it'll fit. :D
I did mine with a hack saw and a bench grinder, while still on the barrel.

Good luck and have fun,
Seth H.

Yes but you do have to get them pretty small.
