Moly Grease on FH threads?

Does anyone apply moly grease on their barrel and FH threads before installation?

No, the moly grease is to keep the aluminum threads from galling. Being that both the flash hider and barrel are either a carbon steel or stianless steel this will not be a problem.

For flash hiders I either just degrease and dry them or for a flash hider/comp sound suppressor mount I install Rocksett.

BTW, what's the purpose for degreasing? I was thinking of applying a light coat of oil for a little extra rust protection. -- it's quite humid down here.:D
