For my glock19? I'm considering the novak lo-mount tritium dot-bar. Anyone have experience with this? any good?

On one G19 I have green/green Meprolights, and on the other G19 I have the stock rear sight with an Ameriglo green front night sight. I like both.

I have a set of Warren Tactical's on my G19, but I also love the Heinie's.

This is an old picture of my G19:

IMO, Slantpros are perfect for a carry Glock.

I have had good luck with the XS Big Dot Tritiums. I recently put a set on for a friend on a Kimber and he loves 'em. I have a set on my Glock 30 and couldn't ask for a better sight. Work extremely well in lo light and are blazing fast to acquire.

I have Trijicons on my G23, and I loved them when they worked, but they are about 13 years old now, and are almost dark!

Anyone using the Warren sights? I am wondering how they are slid into position, because it doesn't look like a sight pusher would work.

I have been thinking lately the sights with diffrerent colors front and rear may be the ticket for my next sights, either that or the Heine Straight Eights.

I bought a set of Warren Tacticals for my G32- Tritium front and black rears. $70 well spent except for the fact that the sights are made for 9mm. I had mentioned the problem to Matt at Glock Custom Racing and he thought I was nuts. But, he had a few other complaints so he contacted Warren. Sure enough, they were working on new front sights for the other calibers! My new sight is on the way!

My friend liked them so much he ordered a set as soon as he got his G19.

The front dot is much smaller than the mepros I had but I knew it would be that way.

The Warrens point so well on the Glock. Very very nice sights.

Fairly easy to install. I bought a delrin punch and had to file the rear sight some. Matt seems to say a lot of his products may require fitting when the two products I've experienced from him absolutely require fitting.

Just make sure you file the bottom of the key or back/front and not the underside of the rear of the sight.

I have Mepros on one G19, Heinie Slant Pros on the other. I have seen and shot the Novak 3 dots on a G19 as well. I prefer the Slant Pro, with the Novaks a distant second. I haven't tried any of that half ghost stuff, but I have no interest in doing so.

agreed on the Warren Tactical sights. i'm a big fan of the single vial up front, plain black rear; it just works well for my eyes. heres a few pics...

This guy is the one I was referring to earlier as liking WTS sights too. Don't count him twice!

I'll probably get laughed at for this, but...

Yes and I am very fond of my Novak's on my G19. I also have Novak's on my G31 and a Colt series 80. Sights as well and most other decisions in this arena are a matter of personal preference, unless it is an agency issued duty weapon, so buy what appeals to you but get good with what you buy.

Are these the sights with fiber optic inserts?

BTW I used to be in the Dportn business. I am envious of your user name

No, they are tritium inserts.

If you want the name you can have it. The catch is you get the reputation with it:eek:

I like the new Warren night sights. They have yellow tubes in the rear sight and no white outline. Front is green with a white outline. They retail for about $95
The second pic makes it look like it has a while outline but that is just the metal tube containing the tritium tube.
