I ended up finding a good deal on a Remington 11-87 Police. I want to mount a Surefire 6P LED on this gun. What mounts would ya'll recommend.

The 11/87 (or gas operated shotguns) are easier to mount a light on than say a pump. For pumps I prefer a deticated weapon light that is built into/attached to the handguard. For a semi-auto I do not think you have to go to nearly the same amount on expense. I am running a Lite Mount Technologies " tactical shotgun mount. On the Surefire I have added a shock proof bezel and a preasure tape type switch cap.

Here are the products I have settled on. I have assembled everything together (easy) and everything locks up good and tight.

I'm not running an 11-87, but the same setup would work. I'm using a Nordic clamp with rail and the TLR with a remote switch. For your setup, you would just need a mount like the SF ring or the Viking mount. Add the SF tape if you want.
