Where do you get your gear? Do you have certain places you go for certain items?

I have found these three to be good for general purpose ordering a-la-carte, although they all sell "kits" as well if that's what you're looking for.

North American Rescue, Inc. (http://narescue.com/)

Remote Medical, Intl. (http://www.remotemedical.com/)

Chinook Medical Gear, Inc. (http://chinookmed.com/)

I've been looking to get a kit put together lately. I've been to numerous sites but NA Rescue (which you've linked to) and OPTactical (http://www.tacticalresponsegear.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=37) have been the two places I've looked at the most.

Diamondback Tactical

I have ordered Trauma kits, and complete Medic/T3C kits from both companies while in Iraq and Afghanistan. Diamondback seems to have discontinued one of their full meal deal setups though.

If your looking for supplies, this place can usually get you what your looking for

http://www.boundtree.com

They are based in Ohio, but I believe have a office out of Europe if that helps with your shipping.

Others posted good vendors.

Adding: Putting kits together is usually cheaper than buying them assembled, but less convenient. If you buy from the med-specific providers, and buy in multi-box or case quantities, you can save much more. Perhaps there are others around you that will buy out the spares.

Cav Arms has everything you need for a quality IFAK/Blowout Kit

They also carry complete Kits from IFAK's to Mass-Cas Kits. They also have Celox clotting agent, which is one of the better ones.

Chinook is great as they sell indivuals modules for different medical problems and/or modalities (Airway, IV /IO, Hemmorage, etc) another good one to look at is Atlantic Medical Supply, great prices and a great selection of medical gear.

Just got some stuff in from H&H Medical (http://buyhandh.com/). Fair prices, shipping was only $5, and would have been free if I had ordered more than $50 worth. Worth a look for comparison shopping as I think the tactical sites tend to overcharge for medical supplies.
