OHIO folks -- gun shops near Cincinnati?

Anybody in the Cincinnati, OH area that could recommend a decent shop/dealer close by?

I've got a friend who moved up there fairly recently and is looking to pick up a pistol, and was asking for advice. I gave him some pistol recommendations, but all the OH dealers I know of are outside of the range (he's not hardcore enough to drive across the state to Grant's or anything).

Anybody close by with a tip for him?

Try Target World if Bass Pro doesn't cut it.

Tell him to go see Jason & the rest of the crew at One Shot. They're great people and are active shooters. I know them through local shoots.

what is the distance that your friend would drive ? the dayton area has some good shops . if he would like some names let me know .

I would stay as far away from Target World as possible. That place is dangerous and overpriced. I have had great success with the fine folks at Shooters Supply in Loveland, as well as One Shot in Newtown.

Whatever you do, for the love of God, do not send your friend to Target World. :)
