Can we maybe open up a thread where people can ask REAL questions about how to react to different emergency situations?

Being able to shoot a gun well will do very little for you in a very large number of real scenarios, and should not be looked at as an end all be all to survival. There seems to be a major need here for some real information regarding such things as making a well rounded first aid kit, what you should have in a pack, what is critical/non critical to bring along ext.

So ask away, those of us with knowledge should feel free to give good advice. The more educated we all are, the more likely we are to have less people running around on the streets after a disaster with 15 loaded mags, a gun, a power bar, and a roll of toilet paper. This to me is the furthest thing from "prepared" I could ever imagine.

Im pretty sure there are threads going(with overlap) on all of the above in the PP&P section.

What sort of of "real" questions are you looking to entertain?
