My roommate wanted me to post these pics of his new STG556 with the Elcan Specter sight. So far he likes the gun.

Nice! :cool: How does he like the Elcan Specter DR? I've love to try one myself but that optic costs as much as the rifle!

He likes the Optic and so do I. I don't really care for the rifle. Its fine I just hate the trigger on bullpups. Also the barrel is 1/8 but it shot very poor with department issued 75 grain Tap. (3.5 moa) 1/8 barrels should be able to handle 75 grain bullets. With lighter 60 grain Tap it grouped 1.5 moa. I ran him through the department qualificaiton course yeasterday and the rifle was reliable. He loves it and has always been an Aug fan. I really like the optic and would consider it on a future build.
