Best place to get in line for a BCM upper?

I apologize if this has been asked, but other than the manufacturer, do any vendors get regular supplies of the BCM uppers that take backorders?

I think they're concentrating on shipping BCM's with rails pre-installed for the time being.

Not to take away from Grant. But Global Tactical Supply was taking backorders, they may still be. Bravo Co has their email notification system, which is how I scored mine. And they pop up on Gunbroker from time to time.
