5.11 TAC VESTs

Anyone using the 5.11 MOLLE vests? or plate carriers? Good , Bad? Anyone have any other recomendations or pics?
Im looking into buying a vest but im not really sure what i want, i definitley want MOLLE style not a pre-arranged set-up.
I know this is the place to come with questions on this kinda stuff

The 5.11 LBE stuff is chinese manufacture and is no better than the average of the mass-produced gear. Material, stitching, construction, et al vary. If it's contingency gear that you haul around and use lightly or little, it will likely meet your needs.

If your needs are greater, go premium.

Even if they're not, the pricing isn't dramatically different (depending on widget). Skip some meals out or ride a bike to make up the difference.

Must it be a vest? I think Eagle makes a vest that is straight MOLLE.

My gear tends to say "Eagle Industries" on the labels. There's other good stuff out there too, like TT, CSM, and the smaller custom (EGL, etc) guys. That'd be where I'd start.
