Had my local gunstore call and about two months ago the guy had originally said he was getting 6721s in for about $1300, but when they did come in, he said that the price had to go up to $1600+tax.

I'm not hugely motivated to buy right now, but if that's a good deal in the current climate, I might consider it.

At that price I would buy a DD M4 carbine, or Noveske. I've got no hard feelings with the Dealer setting whatever price he wants, but giving one price, them bumping it up $300 is a little out of sorts to me.

Those rifles were $1700 at the gun show I went to last weekend. The same table has a new DD rifle for the same price right next to it. :confused:

I just snagged a 6721 for $1559, If a DD or Noveskie were available for that price I'd love to but, the 6721 was there, the S&W M&P15T was $1200 before the elections so I dont think thats a terrable price at this time, especially being a Colt.
