I'm negotiating a trade for a CTR from a Sabre carbine and was wondering if Sabre uses mil spec tubes on their carbine stocks.

Anyone know?

I had to get a commercial Magpul CTR for my Sabre middy.....

I have two complete Sabre rifles and they both came with commercial extensions.

That's my only gripe about the SDI offerings. The rest of the rifle is top notch, but they skimp on that little detail. Annoying, but easily fixed.

There are a bunch of aftermarket lowers out there too. If the sellers lower is not a factory built lower, it could be either one. If it was a factory gun w/ the sabrecat logo, odds are that it is a commercial r/e.

An easy and mandatory fix in my opinion.
