Magpul Speedplates for Glocks?

Anybody using these? If so, what are your impressions?

Got less-than-desirable +2 mag extensions on the 2 mags that came with the Gen. 2 G19 and need new springs and baseplates anyhow...

Also, your pref. on mag springs: factory, ISMI, Wolff or Brownells?
