I need a couple of buffer tubes to finish off builds but can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know if anyone has any 6 pos. mil spec tubes in stock?

Try Orion tactical or Pkfirearms

Grant appears to have them.

I don't see the buffer tubes on the website. Am I just blind? Any chance someone can link too them for me?

http://www.gandrtactical.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=GRT-RE&reference=/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi%3Fsearch%3Daction%26keywords%3Dreceiver%20extension%26searchstart%3D18%26template%3DPDGCommTemplates/FullNav/SearchResult.html

5 position, not 6; but I would hope that wouldn't be a deal breaker...

I got a 6-pos mil-spec one from Grant not 2 weeks ago. Under the "Gear by Manufacturer" link, hit "G&R Gear" to find everything G&R sells that's not a specifically-named manufacturer. In this case:

http://www.gandrtactical.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=GRT-RE6&reference=/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi%3Fsearch%3Daction%26keywords%3D%26searchstart%3D27%26template%3DPDGCommTemplates/FullNav/SearchResult.html%26category%3DGRTA

The 5-pos is $30, the 6-pos variant is $40.

buffer tubes are buffer tubes right? Brand A isn't better quality than Brand B? And the only difference is mil spec vs commercial and what position?

There are material/manufacturing differences; has been discussed here at length but I'd have to dig for the thread(s).

EDIT: This thread (https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=25930&highlight=receiver+extension) pretty well covers the relevent issues.
