LMT 2 stage trigger

I've never used one. How is it compared to a standard trigger?

Is it worthwhile to get over a standard trigger?

My Def 2000 came with the 2-stage, and for my needs and preferences, I'd just as soon gotten a regular trigger, but I also got a screaming deal on the lower, so I'm not going to bitch too loudly.

I have one, and I like it.
At first I was worried that the reset was weird, but after being assured by Robb that it was normal and in actual use it is really nice.
While I wouldn't put it on a pedestal, it is definitely crisper than a standard AR trigger. gotm4 mentioned that they can be really nice if worked over. I am seriously considering doing so for a 3-gun rifle if I ever get around to buying the rest of the gun :o.
