I would only buy the MBUS from a recognized dealer and not a GB flunkie as what you may be getting is the airsoft version.
Is there a way to tell the difference between the MagPul Real stuff and the Airsoft stuff by looking at a pic?

+1. Don't support these people. More reputable dealers should have them in stock soon, at the great price that MagPul intended us to pay.

First post, so apologies if I'm stepping on any toes here or anything.
I believe the airsoft version has something akin to 'PSM' on the front of it. The 'real' one does not have such lettering. I have one that came with a M&P15 MOE I found (reasonably priced) at a local gun show. It's functional and light, but I can't speak to its durability yet.
The airsoft version of the MBUS will have 'PTS' imprinted on the base of the site..
Ah, there you go. I had two out of three letters.
They should be available from magpul direct within three weeks. The cost for both front and back is in the $95 range....definitely under $100.
