Just use your Google-fu. I searched for "boating supplies" and came up with a plethora of results to choose from. Many online dealers will have what you are looking for.

As far as signaling devices, unless you're driving on the Burmese Death Road or in the middle of Death Valley, there will probably be a car along shortly if you need help. I keep 2 flashlights (1 Maglite, 1 Surefire) in my car, plus extra batteries for each. I also keep 4 road flares and a "highlighter yellow" traffic vest for safety in the off chance I need to change a tire at night on the shoulder of the interstate.

A couple of snap lightsticks wouldn't be a bad idea either.

i always have chem lights handy. check these out too. i am one for redundancy and have 2 of each kind: whistles, flares, smokes, chem, strobes, etc.
