I had this up in the sticky thread above, but it didn't get any answers or traffic. Please see below:
Given the minimal difference in weight, is there any benefit to using an H3 buffer over a 9mm one?
My 6933 upper seems to run perfectly on a Registered Receiver lower that has a 9mm buffer. Rate of fire is just about perfect and the gun's feel and function are excellent.
I am trying to decide if I should get an H3 or another 9mm for the 6933's SBR lower when it comes in.
The 9mm is cheaper, but is it somehow inferior to an H3? Is there a functional difference that I am missing?
