LMT and straight pins

just always wondered why LMT uses straight solid pins and not tapered pins on the FSB. Anyone know?

just always wondered why LMT uses straight solid pins and not tapered pins on the FSB. Anyone know?

I don't know why but RRA does as well and a few other too. They are much easier to remove than taper pins, and I haven't had any shift after reinstalling them.
