I went down to the big show in Houston this weekend.

Price shockers:
Norinco SKS were $599
Roumanian AK's were $899
Large pistol primers $65 / 1000

Ammo was scarce. One dealer wanted $99 for fifty .45 230 grain Golden Sabers and $60 for fifty .380 FMJ. He didn't have any takers.

Reloading powder was around $23 / pound. Small pistol and any kind of rifle primers were AWOL. So were most jacketed bullets.

AR mags were all over the place, ranging from $25 for old used GI stuff to $10 for brand new Okays. Cprod mags were plentiful from $10 to $14. 30 round Pmags could be had for $14.99.

Good news is that prices of stripped AR lowers were around $189, way down from the initial panic. New uppers were around $700. Complete rifles were still overpriced but have come down a bit since the intitial panic.

HOLY COW.... I remember when Norinco SKS were about $50 retail. 1200 rounds of Norinco 762x39 , $99 plus shipping. Ah the good old days...
