That is a nice knife. My Dad still has his from when he served in the early 70's.

I love kabars. regardless of the various criticisms, i think it's a damn fine field/fighting knife.

not a great picture, but here's my 21st century edition i paid $130 for about 10 years ago- i hear they're going for half that nowadays. this one's seen a lot of use over the years and held up great.

Awesome family heirloom. I think Ka-Bar's are one of the best pieces of kit ever devised.
